Each step is briefly mentioned as follows:

First, you must carefully fill out the counselor request form (link), or if you have special services in mind, an exclusive tour (link), and wait for the counselor to contact you.
Our expert will patiently and kindly provide you with your requested services, all instructions, questions, probabilities, and anything you need for the medical trip to Iran.
After that, you will send us the medical documents (if any) and scanned requested documents (link to upload). Considering your declared budget, our medical team will notify you of the physician, hospital, etcetera after reviewing your request. After you review the resume and work samples of the physician provided to you, in case of your approval, they will be reserved for you.
After setting the surgery date and the time of your arrival at Iran borders, the code of T Visa will be provided to you (for airport visa). Also the type of hotel, transfer, exploration, etcetera will be reserved for you.
When you enter Tehran Airport, the guide (familiar with your culture/language and preferences) and the driver will be waiting for you and will welcome you. After greetings and familiarity, they will accompany you to the hotel of your residence, providing you with a sim card, internet, and your trip credit card.
Please note that during your stay in Iran, the guide and driver will always be accessible, and you can contact them for anything.
After resting at the hotel, you will be taken to a counseling session with the doctor and they will provide you with additional information, and your documents and intended services. And you will take medical imaging and required experiments with the companionship of the guide.
And according to the former timetable, the requested services will be provided to you. After the doctor’s confirmation, you will be accompanied to the hotel of residence by the guide. Don’t worry! We will be with you every moment.
After the post-surgery recovery phase at your place of residence, you will go to your doctor for examination once more and the doctor will provide you with the necessary instructions. (on the phone or in person)
Please note that if you have requested special services such as visiting tourism sites, city tours, shopping for souvenirs and carpets, etcetera, the tourism technical team will fulfill your request in the best way possible, depending on the time of the surgery and your physical and mental condition before or after the surgery, because we are the best and the most significant health tourism startup in Iran.
On the last day and before your departure to the airport, you will be invited to vaj goodbye party (our unique and intra-department expression for your goodbye party), and we have a special surprise for you.
